Customer Relations Management (CRM) software strikes me a great deal as like dealing with the complexity of mailmerge, in the 1970s. There were no wizards, no way to even seeing if there was a missing quote in the opening and closing pair until Bob Wallace asked me about what feature is missing in PC-Write.
